Sagi Shaked
Sagi Shaked actively litigates cases involving catastrophic injuries and wrongful death on
behalf of victims and their families. His practice spans a wide range of complex personal
injury matters, including car accidents, trucking accidents, product liability, medical
malpractice, industrial and manufacturing incidents, premises liability, drowning accidents,
aviation accidents, burn injuries, and more.
Mr. Shaked has been practicing law since 2000 and founded Shaked Law Personal Injury
Lawyers in 2007. At just 28 years old, he became one of the youngest attorneys in the United
States to secure a multi-million-dollar verdict in a single personal injury case.
Despite his numerous accolades, Mr. Shaked’s mission has always remained the same: to
passionately advocate for individuals and families harmed by negligence.
He is Board Certified in Civil Trial Law by the Florida Bar and also holds Board Certification
from the National Board of Trial Advocacy—credentials that reflect the highest level of
competence and experience in trial practice.
Mr. Shaked is also the host of the podcast "Road to Recovery," where he shares a wealth of
knowledge and insight on trucking litigation, catastrophic injury cases, and navigating the
path to justice for victims and their families.
A nationally recognized lecturer and educator, Mr. Shaked frequently teaches at trial lawyer
organizations across the country and has authored numerous legal articles. He earned his
Bachelor of Science degree with honors from Florida International University in 1996 and
graduated with honors from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law in
1999.
Mr. Shaked is an active member of the Florida Justice Association (FJA), formerly known as
the Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers, where he served as Chair of the Young Lawyers
Section. He is an EAGLE Friend member of the FJA and a member of several prestigious legal
associations, including the Southern Trial Lawyers Association (STLA) and the American
Association for Justice (AAJ). He is a past officer and President of the STLA and currently
serves on its Board of Governors.
In addition, Mr. Shaked has chaired multiple committees within the Dade County Bar
Association and successfully completed a three-year term as a member of its Board of
Directors.
He has been recognized by the American Trial Lawyers Association as one of the Top 100
Trial Lawyers in the United States.
Mr. Shaked is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Florida, all Florida state
courts, the United States District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Florida,
the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, the District of Columbia, and the
courts of New York.
He is fluent in both English and Hebrew.
